A Poem for The Post
Quickly, I must compose an ode!
It needs to be simple and easy to load.
One that can be sent without delay,
As on Sunday I shall still be away.
For off to London I will be,
Where there are friends I'm going to see.
This is difficult for me to write,
So I shall tell you of my plight.
By the time that you will read this,
I will be back from a weekend on the p*$$.
I cannot tell you much,
as I haven't been, yet, as such!
Plans have been made for Friday night.
I will meet dear friends that are pure delight!
The Liquid Warrior, Mazing Mad Fiddler, Icy North,
With Belana and Alex, we shall sally forth!
As for the 8th Anniversary of Hootoo,
You will all have to wait until the next issue.
By then my thoughts should be more clear,
I can tell of the antics of friends so dear.
