Boo.

Hm.

I'm getting Isle of Man for the calf head thing. It's the emblem/crest with the legs I'm thinking of and I suspect it's way off but I have to know!

On second thought, the title clue is we shall see, not we shall hear. perhaps we should be asking ourselves what it is we see.

pebblederook-The old guy wearing surfer beads- what does he think he looks like?

The Isle of Man has a small island off the coast called the Calf of Man.

And the Man symbol on the flag is three legs. The Manx motto is "no matter how you throw me, still I stand".

If the Isle of Man is not far off as the crow flies.............

Another punt in the dark.

Irish Sea, Cloak, 15: Anything to do with Viking settlement in Ireland. I remember a story which may not have anything to do with Ireland as it was told me as a child, of some people being granted enough land as could be circumscribed by a standard cloak, and the cunning devils sliced the cloak into a continuous strip that managed to enclose enough land for a small settlement.

Looking at it, I have little confidence in this answer but throw enough pebbles, you will eventually hit something?

An explanation of 43

"Is soming paying to listen to a bell"
should be more correctly
"was soming paying to listen to a bell"

like say a carrilon concert - No

recap:
the verse:A Bell tolls, and with a cape and girdle were a part of 15, that may point to a calf on the head, and the others too.
this cape is a place.
there is a ritual involving lots of people
a toll may be collected.
The verse does not refer to the Irish Sea
it does not refer to a cape on the Calf of Man
it does not refer to a voyage but perhaps part of a voyage by Magellan
it is not a myth likde Jason and the argonauts.
