Ok I tried to logon and it will either log on and will not let me acsess my edit page page or it will tell me I hit the refresh button How can I fix the problem????

Go to retrive details put in your password then exit my details it then
transfers you to your page

you cant fix it its a bbci problem intergrateing the new system and box users are haveing realy bad trouble loads still can`t get back on line

Sometimes SSO tells me I've used the back button when I haven't. It shouldn't even have been written in a way which made it necessary to disallow the back button. However, it clearly has some messages which are generated for internal errors which are not what they claim to be. Perhaps the "back" or "refresh" problem is due to some sort of invisible internet retry of a failed packet/command.

I don't recall seeing anyone else reporting a problem of being able to login but not edit their PS page (if that's what you meant). However, you do now have to migrate your account to every dna site individually by clicking to accept the terms and conditions. I suppose it is possible you originally signed up on one site but migrated your account using a different one. I don't see how that would work with the new account you are using to post here (both on h2g2).

Just in case you have digibox or browser problems though, see A1914491 for another way of logging in which might be worth trying.
