Not really, as the links haven't been clicked yet! I can't use the links myself, as I'm neither the creator of any of the articles, nor a member of the h2g2 <./>team</.>.

Rho. I wasn't thinking in terms of giving out our "secret" information.
Intern, anyone else will get an error message saying "access denied" or similar.

Perhaps by A204011, Brora meant the personal space page for U204011 which is A879519. If so, then in theory logging in as that old ID and clicking <./>UserEdit879519?cmd=delete</.> would delete it, but I don't know if this will actually work on a personal space page the way it does for normal ones. How bad can it be to try...

Works just fine for edited pages, the system just blindly ignores the status 7 though...

many many thanks for all your help but real life got in my way again

i havent tried them yet but did you say i would still be able to see them but other people cant

No-one else can use the links if that's what you mean by instructions. We can't blank those posts out ourselves and I'm not sure they could be yikesed not breaking any house rules.
Note that while the A-number version of your old PS is no longer visible, the U-number version still shows. That means the only available option is the previous one of deleting the contents. To do that you would need to log in again and probably undelete it first unless the edit link on the PS page still works.
