Marjin, After a long time of procrastination back lurking

You can log on on her computer so she can edit using you identity, but that may be against the rules as being 'impersonating someone else'. As long as she does not post in conversations with ideas that conflict with yours it will not be a real problem, there are more shared entities.

Another possibility is that she mails you the edited entry and you update it.

And of course, you can give her your id and password, with the same possible problems as in the first case.

Hmm... I just thought there was some way of letting two people do it at once... ah well... never mind

Pastey

It's mostly impractical to have two people editing the same entry at once, it usually leads to each other writing over each others work.

hi Jeffery,

I think I can see where the confusion has arisen. When you create an entry you can add people as Researchers. However only the person who created an entry has the right to edit it and thus they are the only person to get an edit button for that page.

I hope that explains it, but I am afraid that it really doesn't help you much does it?

Abi
