OK so I opened a journal here two years ago, and htne forgot about it. I found it the other night and want to restart it, but my email address has changed because I switched providers and I have forgotten the password I used. Plus on top of that it switched to the BBC. So is there anyway I can open my old account or do I just start from scratch now?

>>If you email [email protected] with your old U number if you have it, and the email address that it was registered under, they should be able to help you.<<
that is copied from a question about passwords on the faq page. if you've found the journal that you had before you should be able to get to your old user-space, and your u# will be in the upper right hand corner, or the last part of the url in the address bar. i guess if the email you used before is no longer active you could explain this in the email. i would include the address anyway for security purposes, and request that any correspondence (including a password) be sent to your new email.
i hope this helps!

I can only echo broelan's advice
include your old U number (that is in the URL of your old page), your old e-mail address and anything else you think might be useful.
