Hello,
I know of many people who take fight club as a philosophy to live by. These people include myself. I find I ask people to punch me as hard as they can and most people are afraid to, i have earned the nickname unabomber because of my vast knowledge on explosives. Other people say I need help. I feel a lot of people need help. I am thinking of doing a thorough entry on fight club including analyzing mental disorders Jack has, and philosophy behind fight club including tidbits of information implanted in the movie.

i think that the REAl philosophy behind fight club is to be who you are. to let the real essence of yourself come out, and to define yourself by who you are, not the car you drive, or your f*****g kakis etc. it is not about being tyler durden.

- Brad Pitt as Tyler Durden
One of the many great parts of the film.
I'm about half way through the book, but although it's clearly behind the movie, it's so much better in almost every way.
