I know the EG is not keen on recipes but - trust me - these are gorgeous, so even if it you never pick it, at least try them. Don't be put off by the prunes!!
Most prune and apple stuffing recipes contain nuts so this simple recipe is great for those with allergies.

All the recipes that were put in PR around the time I put mine in were accepted, mine included. Are they officially frowned upon and I have succeeded through ignorance?
What is the mass of a small tin? Are these dried prunes, or juicy ones (so that if I have dried ones I should rehydrate or even stew them a little)? Are we to include the juice in the tin (if any) or just the prunes?
I learned, since my recipe was an egg recipe, that egg sizes are rather different across different national boundaries. Approximately many grams does a medium egg weigh from where you are writing?
How big are small rolls? Are they a hard or soft bread?
Approximately how big should a finished stuffing ball be?

Looks good You're not leaving much for the sub-editor to do, are you? You even did the BBCi Related Links
One thing, though, most of the lists don't use the tags inside of the format, which is preferred. But the ordered lists and short lines complicate the matter, so I think it's up to you.
Does this dish have any holiday traditions attatched to it, or is it a holiday dish of some sort? I only ask because general information about it is a bit bare.
Anyway, nice.

Well, I don't think they are officially frowned upon!
When I went to the shop to check the size of the prunes they had no small tins left! So as soon as I see one I will add it in. The prunes are juicy ones. Good point about draining them first. There is no need to pre cook them.
I will also add the weight of breadcrumbs as 12 rolls is a bit vague. I prefer to use soft cheap rolls as I don't have a food processor and have to grate then whereas if blasting them in a processor it doesn't matter. Sliced bread will do - but again i find it harder to grate which is why I will get a weight for the breadcrumbs
Finished stuffing ball is the size of a golf ball but you may want to make them bigger or smaller as it is a rough guide. I suggested making them the size of golf balls.
Thanks for your points and I will add the changes in
Mort ing at the thought of them!

Thanks Jodan!
I am needing an intro. We always had them at Christmas but that is just *our* family tradition. As far as I know there isn't any traditional tradition with them.
tags - yeah, yeah,
Well I am a sub!!!
Actually I had had a bottle of wine when I wrote it so I am constantly looking at it and thinking of things to change!

I know, I don't know where i got that idea from - bet it was one of those scouts
I am very fussy about what I eat and never thought I would like these but we have had them every Christmas for the last 30 years!! I have even 'converted' several others who pulled a face at the thought of them!!
This is the first thing I have put into PR by myself, so I thought I would start with something relatively simple!

Damn scouts...
Well, that's something to refer to. I didn't know it existed, so I thought I'd bring it to everybody's attention
By the way, it's good to start it simple.

Before, the staff always added the BBCi related links, but since the decrease in italic size, the subs now do them too, so I thought it would be helpful if it ever got picked. This does not, of course mean that propective EG entries are expected to have them put in at this stage! (So don't panic everybody!)
My main aim is to get people to try them!!
More changes made.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
