Entry: Zelda- Hebrew Poet - A21423872
Author: Elly (oh, alright, I'll work!) - U166393
I'm submitting A21423872 - 'Zelda- Hebrew Poet' to PR as a short, factual entry. I could add more information, and I also have a translated poem of hers that I wasn't sure would be suitable for a Guide entry, however I can add it in or link it to this entry.
Comments, as always, are welcome.

Elly, you have a wonderful framework for your article. Please add more.
Is there anything more on the background to her writing?
What was she like as a person?
As for the poem, I will leave those with better knowledge than I, to advise whether it should be linked or posted.
lil xx

This is a great little Entry, and as lil said, just needs some fleshing out to give more of a picture of Zelda.
I for one would love to read some of the poetry and see why you were so inspired to write the Entry. As long as you don't include an entire poem in the Entry, and just a few stanzas, you should be fine in regards to copyright laws.
If you are worried, simply add a link to an appropriate website. Does she have a website dedicated to her?
Look forward to seeing this given a bit more, then I'm sure it would be included in the Edited Guide

Matt, is there anywhere it specifically mentions policy in regard to copyrit matters?

Well, she used to write very personal poems, Leo.
The websites I could find about her were mostly in Hebrew, Matt, and inspiring poet that she was, it made me think long and hard to see if I wanted to write the entry at all, with all the translation involved.
I'll add some more, I promise, and I will quote from her poem, which is usually read out in memorial services on Hollocaust days. I think the translation I've found is good enough, so I will put some quote blocks in.
Thanks for this,
Elly.

Fattened it up a bit, what do you think?

It's looking better
That first paragraph could do with being split up a little - makes it easier on the eye
It all needs tidying up a bit, but the content is there
You have a link to 'here'.. perhaps you could link more easily to the word 'article' in the previous sentence? It would help to tidy that part of the paragraph.
I will check back again later..

The first paragraph should definitely be split up - not to be callous, but all those men!
I asked because I was wondering how you stumbled across her poetry otherwise. Also because I vaguely knew there was an Israeli besides Yael on h2g2, but didn't know who. (I like the country - did some hitchhiking there.) Pleased ta meetcha.
You insinuate that Zelda taught - where? and what?
Is it possible to include a couplet or a small excerpt from her stuff?

*sneaks back and inserts "dead" before "men" in second sentence.*

That high school she attended - was it a Bais Yaakov?
