Q: Which month?
A: the same month they disbanded, sorry don't know exactly which month just that it was during that summer
Q: in how many matches?
A:it was during that season which I have now added, sorry I'm not a football fan so I have no idea how many matches are played during a season
Q:
A: The person who told me about this said it was important to sate this. I'm assuming because it WAS the forth division and when the premiership league came about it became the Third divison
The rest I have changed

I reckon that all three of those would improve the article. I'll have a dig around for the info about the first two.
As for the name of the league, it's changed from Division Four to Division Three to League Two in recent years - at this rate, it may change again. I reckon that "fourth division" describes it accurately enough, without having to worry about it's increasingly innacurate title.

Give up on the first - just leave it.
The record number of defeats, set by Doncaster Rovers in 1997-98, is 34 in a 46-match season.

they could not have played all 46 matches, because they lost 34 and only won 4 that would make it a 38 match season

Good Entry, this.
You've mentioned the record for most defeats in a season, but I think I'm right in saying that Donny have the odd distinction of the opposite record of most wins in a league season too (and moreover the number is 42 - Third Division North, 1946-47).
Maybe you should elaborate on who Charlie Williams was. Another player worth a mention is Alick Jeffrey, arguably the best prospect the club ever had, but finished young by leg injuries in a car crash that also killed the club captain (name unremembered).
Keegan was a Donny lad (Edlington) and his first competitive football was for the Peglers works team. He was indeed rejected by Donny as being too short, and Coventry came to the same verdict before Scunthorpe signed him as an apprentice in 1968. (Just to prove that the Iron aren't perfect either, they let Ray Clemence get away - and of course both of them went onto to Liverpool and England).
Good on Donny, local rivals but an honest team. Wonder if the Salutation Inn still does good business on match days?

Alick Jeffrey's car crash killed John Stevenson, who fell asleep at the wheel after a night out in Stoke. (You can make up your own jokes)

Oops. Msremembered the Jeffery story. You're right, he broke his leg v France and was later in the crash.
To say I 'frequented' the Salutation Inn would be overstating things. I was there something like 3 or 4 times, all but one time on a match day. You talk about it in the past tense - has it gone, or is it just nowhere near the new stadium? (Confession : I have no idea where the Keepmoat is. I last went to Donny for football in Belle Vue days)
The Sal certainly has/had a lot of character. It makes me think of a lost time when beer and football went together innocently.

The Sal is still there
The keepmoat stadium is situated just where you come off the M18 into Doncaster, just off white rose way. So the Sal is probably situated the same distance more or less from keepmoat as it was from Belle Vue, but as Keepmoat is just off the motorway away fans really have no reason for going into Doncaster Town, so at a guess the Sal probably doesn't see as much business now, although I don't know that for a fact. I tend to stay away from Town on match Days as there has been alot of trouble in recent years because of a small minority, who act like idiots.
