Having studied and practiced this module, in the case of team intervention, you will be able:

  • To recoginise external and continous bleeding.
  • To carry out gestures adapted to stop the bleeding and limit the consequences.
When? ~ The stopping of bleeding is the preliminary condition of all other rescue actions.
How? ~ Through stopping the bleeding acording to the condition of the victim.
Why? ~ Abundant bleeding puts the victim in immeadiate mortal danger.
