  • To assure the surveillance of each victim after effectuating salvationary gestures and whilst waiting for medical reinforcements
When? ~ During different stages of intervention.
How? ~ By radio or telephone.
Why? ~ To transmit gathered data 'a son authorite d'emploi' and to request medical support from the medical regulators.
