h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi.I'm from New York USA.I live on the eastend of Long Island,thats in Suffolk county.Here's some of my thoughts on places....California-why would anyone want to live where the land rocks,the land slides,where the wind whips the brush fires to their doors?This place is destined to fall into the ocean!I have an uncle there and I pray he moves back here before that.
I've had the pleasure to live in Missouri{or as my mom puts it Misory}and Arkansas.Where I was used to be below sealevel and anyday now the earth will shake which will cause the Miss. river to change it's direction and return the land to bogs and marsh.Before I went there I had an idea of inbred rednecks clueless to culture.My thoughts haven't changed,but I do have an appreciation of how much they hate Yankees.I didn't have to say anything and they knew I was one.I got locked into a liquor store because of that.
