Danielle wonders why Cat thinks they'd be a funny couple.

And Danielle doesn't want Cat to feel all alone. She frowns at Cat.

*looks round the door*

*comes in*

I think we're alone...

Danielle sees Joe return and winks athim and points to his drink just to let him know it's still here.

Joe wonders what the wink meant, and goes and sits with Danielle.

Joe is pleased that Danielle saved his orange juice for him, and drinks some more.

Joe falls sideways onto the sofa.

Danielle smiles dreamily at Joe and holds his hand.

Joe smiles back and flicks Danielle's hair out of her eyes

Danielle blushes and takes a sip of Joe's OJ. She kisses him quickly the same way he did earlier when he left.

Joe looks up at Danielle, wondering why it was so quick.

Danielle blushes and says to Joe that she just wasn't sure if the kiss was welcome at the time. She hopes that he didn't mind being kissed by her... she feels kind of embarrassed now.

Joe says that it was very welcome, and he didn't mind at all... in fact, he was rather upset that it was so short.

Joe begins playing with Danielle's hair.

Well Danielle wouldn't want Joe to be upset, so she kisses him again, for longer this time. She hopes that Joe will be kissing her back at the same time.

Joe is.

Joe stops playing with Danielle's hair.

Danielle stops kissing Joe because she is blushing so much. She turns away and sculls what's left in the bottle of then turns back to face him, wondering how tipsy he is from his "non-alcoholic" drink of OJ.

Joe wonders why his drink tasted so sharp, but thinks nothing of it.

Joe puts his arms around Danielle and pulls her back towards him, stroking her hair again.

Danielle quite enjoys having Joe's arms around her. She shares his drink and smiles contently.

Joe very much enjoys having his arms around Danielle, and kisses her again.

Shall we carry this on somewhere else?

Danielle wonders what naughty thing Joe must have in mind for him to want to go somewhere else, though she decides that staying here is better.

She tells Joe that anything they could do somewhere else will be just as easy to do here, just because there are people here doesn't mean they should hold back from doing anything they want to do.

Scandrea wonders if Joe and Dani's wedding is next. She also wonders why no one is hitting on her.

Danielle says that Scandrea can come join them if she likes. She smiles with drunken insanity.

Joe supposes this is true.

Joe then points out that there aren't any people here at the moment, although they will doubtless return soon. Joe also remembers Cat asking for interesting backlog on other threads in the past, and wonders if this is the sort of thing she had in mind.

Joe stops wondering and holds Danielle's head in his hands, looking into her eyes.

Joe briefly wonders if this is appropriate, as this was a thread after a wedding that he conducted, but then ignores his doubts and kisses Danielle before he can think about it too much.
