People always get to keep the second donut... I like them all enough to keep coming back for more, so should everyone else!

~I've been wondering,
what colour is the sky when there are clouds in the way?~
~And what colour is it on Mars, when there are clouds... (obviously not made of water)...~
Jo' I didn't know you did o
... But thankyou

The sky on Mars is reddish. But it gets blue at sunset. This I know. don't ask how...
Theres dust in the atmosphere on Mars. Since mars is red the sky is red.

You're going along the dangerous "if a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it make a noise" track, aren't you....
I don't argue philosophy, if I can help it, there are too many philosophers and theologians in my house...

I don't like philosophy much either... It tends to think about random ideas too much... Whereas physics tends to try and make the best guess they can until something better comes along. The thing being that Philosophy and Physics are so closely related. I mean both think about the world in which we live... and both can never prove anything, because something new could allways be discovered... But I tend to prefer trying to understand reality rather making my own reality to understand.

My philosiphy goes as follows:
I am real. I can think, therefore I am real.
Mt. Sandcastle's Sunny Donut Stall
J'au-æmne Posted Jun 3, 2000
the "cogito ergo sum" Descartian philosophy.
I think I am, therefore I am, I think...
Philosophers bug me. The ones around me tend to start arguing about whether or not I am, in fact, typing at a computer. I have an answer for them now, what difference does it make?
But you're right, , physics does need philosophy, and vice versa. And there is a certain attraction in the philosophy of science, the logic behind how science makes discoveries, and the validity of said discoveries...
I mean to learn more about it, some day.

[Mew mouths out of synch to a deep voice saying, "I think, therefore I feel. I feel, therefore I am. Say, if you subtracted 2 from any of the S series, they could have strawberries as well!"]

}I've come up with S30! I've come up with S30!{
}Slightly syrupy, superly sugary Science site special sans strawberries with sparkling, scintillating sprinkles with shiny surfaces, and spectacularly sweet, sublimenting sunflower seeds, showing several succulent sliced sultanas singly suspended sub-surface, and spankingly succulent!{
}And for S28, toss the "sans strawberries" bit!{
Mew!

Mew, since you weren't here with the original s30 thing I'm not going to curse you for the time being. Suffice it to say that it will not be served, and anyone who asks for one is treading one of the finest lines in all h2g2!
