I never got to read this, however judging by length of thread sounds as though it was at least hunourous if nothing else.It certainly seems to have dredged up some old jokes thats for sure.Hope the article comes back Monday then we can concentrate on the content now the funs been had.

sorry guys - not meaning to be completely daft, but what has happened?

And if this thing has been pulled because of the 'choice' language at the very start can I add that one of the main aspects I asked for help on was how to tone this down without losing the meaning of that opening section.

Anyone care to enlighten us? Maybe I can edit it so it doesn't offend the sensibilities of whoever if I why it was pulled?

Oh I'm not panicking (sp?) - it takes a lot more than that to make me panic.

Just thought I'd show willing to comply with the rules as I really don't think that it is beyond clearing up this little point.

It's still temporarily hidden. If it's actually removed, you, as its author, will get an e-mail to explain why. More likely, it will just reappear without fanfare when the Eds get to look at it.

I don't think there was any real need to remove it from Peer Review. I'm sure you'll put it back at some stage, having made any ammendments the Eds may possible require. I'll look forward to reading it.

I have emailed the editorial team to see if there is any way I can make this article a little more suitable for the guide and to apologise for overestepping the mark (if they feel I have done so).

Hopefully we can get it back up and running soon for further debate
