In the unlikely event that our nominated keeper is tossed the ball and asked to turn his arm over, do we score all the points if he notches a c&b dismissal?

Yes, you would. I run the scoring from average tables rather than individual matches and, as he'd have a wicket and a catch in the averages as a result, I'd count both.

A more relevant query. If Derbyshire-Yorkshire fails to get a result, as would appear likely, do we still get points for the wickets taken and runs scored?

Exactly. Those runs and wickets will go onto the FP average tables - the match would go down as NR - so I'll include them.
