I'll get the ball rolling on behalf of Frenchbean, who has gone away:

I may still make some small changes to the rules, particularly in respect of the composition of teams. I'll try to remember to let you know on here as I decide anything

Still waiting for some captains to pop in, but in the meantime I've completed the player lists as they are now, with some invaluable help from Egon and Mu Beta. They're all linked to from A20744921. Please let me know if I've misplaced anyone, preferably on the bottom of the relevant page rather than cluttering up this thread.
I've had a rethink of a couple of the rules; the most significant is the team make-up. You now need to pick five batsmen, three bowlers, a recognised wicketkeeper - for which there is a separate page - and an all-rounder. That makes ten; the extra player *must* be an all-rounder or a bowler. I think the line-ups will be a bit more realistic-looking that way. It also increases the possibility of some teams doing well in the Championship but badly in the ProPhortyPhifty and vice-versa - in theory, it's easier to concentrate on one tournament or the other if you so wish. I've also made it clear that you will not be able to change your captain until the mid-season transfer window.

I think bubba-fretts and MT are the only two I'm expecting who haven't posted, in fact. That's 11, so there's still space for a few more if anyone knows anyone who might be interested.

Are there no limits on overseas players this time round?
Lists look good - only one player I can see where I'm not sure about the classification - I thought Kyle Hogg was a bowler, possibly an all-rounder?

Yup. I would say definitely a bowler.

Thank you - I've changed him over.
I decided, Andy, that overseas players are less of an issue now there are fewer of them. The distinction doesn't really make any difference to us as we're not looking to bring through new English talent. The market sets the value of players anyway, so it's unlikely that any team will be stuffed with them because they're likely to fetch higher prices - you're as likely to have to pay a sizeable sum for Ramprakash as you are for Chanderpaul. So all in all, I don't think it makes much difference.
You can bid now if you wish, but it's not necessary. I still have some coding to do on my spreadsheet, so I won't be able to process them just yet. Good to see at least a couple of you are dead keen, anyway
