First you read all you can about them.
Collect AND BANK enough coins.
Find out from one of the Yahoo groups where the relevant Guild is.
Withdraw your coins from a bank close to the guild, run to the guild and buy the power or quest.
Make sure to have enough AP to go back to the bank in case the guild is gone or blue.
