I haven't been able to connect and send a unit for weeks and weeks 
and I can'teven get their website to open. There doesn't seem to be any help files with SETI, what shall I do now??

Mina, what version of seti are you running? There have been some newer versions out there. Seti often has outages due to their huge bandwidth requirements. Cal Berkley sometimes cuts them off. Let me know if you still need help.

I'm ok with it now, thanks. 
I am running the new version, but for some reason it wouldn't send. I asked somewhere else, changed ISP to send it and it went straightaway! More recent ones have gone on my usual ISP with no problems, so I guess there was something in that one that NTL didn't fancy for some reason.
