no, don't listen to them, just because you've got less talent that your dad had in his left buttock, doesn't mean you shouldn't join Williams, of course Frank Williams may not get on too well with your ego, but screw him, you're the driver. You go girl
PS yes that's right I'm not a big fan of either Villeneuve or Williams

Frank Williams and the way he treated Damon Hill, who is a god, other than the fact that he's notoriously difficult to get any kind of autogrph type thing off

It was because how Frank Williams treated Damon Hill that Renault left them.
Unfortuately they had to wait an extra year before they could terminate the contract because of legallities.

Frank Williams doesn't seem able to get on with any driver capable of winning the championship for very long.
And BAR's improvement since Villeneuve's departure may not be entirely coincidental.
They probably deserve each other
