Hello. I've run out of oomph, and could do with a fresh mind to look at this, criticise it and give me some impetus.
Thanks.

As promised Snail rind, here is a full nitpick..
There's no real need to put a list of contents at the beginning.. though leave it there if it's your outline.. but no need for it in the final version.
Maybe in the introduction you should include a defination of what an arthropod is - followed by an outline of why you might need to know how to handle them - for instance if you keep them as pets.
The bits on different sorts of arthopods is good I like the style and it's very detailed.
Maybe you should give an example of each sort of arthropod at the start of each section.
Things to watch out for..
I think this maybe needs a bit of expanding, it comes across as being an outline for more content.
Common myths - I liked this section
I take it you haven't finished the miscellaneous section yet?
Do stick at this it's a good entry.. as it's a work in progress I can't do a full critiscm of course, becasue things will change! There are things that I know you will take out as you change it..

"There's no real need to put a list of contents at the beginning."
Though I put them there as a reminder to myself, I had an idea at the back of my mind that they could be used as links, to take the reader to the section relevant to their needs. It's a rather long entry and might be irritating to trawl through if someone just wants to know how to handle the cockroach they found under their bed.
(It is possible to do such links, isn't it? I thought I saw something similar on another guide entry.)
My partner thinks I should put in a disclaimer in case someone gets eaten by a spider after reading my piece. What d'you think?
"Maybe in the introduction you should include a defination of what an arthropod is"
Is the definition in the first paragraph inaccurate?
"I like the style and it's very detailed."
I'm concerned that it's getting bogged down in detail and growing too long....
"Maybe you should give an example of each sort of arthropod at the start of each section."
Are the examples I have put too vague?
"it comes across as being an outline for more content."
Yes, a lot of stuff toward the end is just in note form and has yet to be figured out properly. Every time I look at it I get writer's block.
"I can't do a full critiscm of course, becasue things
will change!"
True. Part of my problem is that, so far, I've relied on memory and I'm starting to be unsure of my facts. Is it possible to get verification, from you or someone you know, that I'm talking sense?

Ok, looks like it's time I went away and checked some books on the subject....

Well, because I'm going through all the old WW entries, and seeing if they should still be in WW. This is old, and in WW, and so I wondered if you were still working on getting it in the EG, or if you wanted to move it out of the workshop.
