Hey people, it's Cat, again... I promise, I'll stop harrassing you soon...

Anyways, I've done so much cool stuff today on this site, I thought I'd ask if anyone else wants some more cool stuff done to it.

I'm also thinking we should have something to put after our names for the original members (the 3 so far, and any who join soon) or just for all members...any ideas? Something a bit like the Upper Class Twits (UCTs) from the Pythonist Society (I became one today:-d)

So, yeah, any ideas? Kepp them coming!!

Re having a tag like UCT I'd suggest just using FMA. Sure, nobody will know what it means but if we keep turning up all over the place rhey'll be intrigued enough to find out .

Do have 1 idea (you expect more? You obviously don't know me). Noticed the Post does "classified ads" for clubs etc on H2G2. I could put an ad for us in there .

Aha, a second idea. An unusually creative day for me! We could add a line of moving pictures to our site (see my personal space for a sample). Can be done with a picture or smileys. I'll have to check my page to see how I did it. Back soon .

Things I've worked out how to do in Guide ML that we dont have on the page (just ignore it if I tell you how to do something you already know but didnt want to use).

To make name of whoever is looking at site appear add

To add smileys write <SMILEY TYPE="name of smiley"/>

To add a moving picture or smileys write whatever is to be added

Mind you if you add a line of smileys like I did it takes forever as you have to write <SMILEY TYPE="whatever"/> for each one. Also it will only move from right to left. I dont know how to make them go in the opposite direction .

OK, I knew how to do viewer, I just couldn't be bothered at the time . Yeah, I know the SMILEY TPYE thing, it took me ages to like 7 on my page, i was SOOO sick of it

I don't quite get the MARQUEE thing, can you explain that to me again. For a moving smiley would I do like <SMILEY TYPE="run"/> and it would run across the page?

what was the coding for the pic on your page with the cat going in and out?

How do I put pictures on diferent sides of the page?

Thanks for the compliment . I only learnt to do Guide ML after you'd done the FMA entry but I've had some long boring nightshifts at work since .

That picture with the black cat that moves is coded
Just put "LEFT", "RIGHT" or "CENTER" after EMBED= according to where you want the picture to go.

Right, I've just been updating my page, it looks really cool :D, but I've decided I'm not going to do anyhing to this until someone other than me or you says something on this page. Not this thread, I don't care where, but just something!!

So go yell at Warlock, Deus, Az and Tsarina or recruit someone new, but as soon as someone else says something (and if they're new they have to say "I wanna join" you can't just bribe someone to come here and say "Hi") and I'll update away.

So, if recruiting isn't your thing, Blackberry, go yell at the other members who haven't spoken in like a week!!
