There is a long tradition of getting the Groom dressed up in various bizzare costumes and paraphernalia, while out on his Stag do, plus it is an option (sometimes enforced) for the other stags to don an appropriate item, to identify that they too are on the Stag do, such as a bandana and so forth.
Sooo, in this here box, I have various bits and pieces for us

It's all right, EV. I left the "We're with Stupid ---->" T-shirts behind this time. For us, it's much more subtle. For DD, well, you'll just have to wait and see.

Armbands. So we can identify who is in the Stag group, if we do decide to go on the pub crawl mentioned the other day.
Tartan armbands to be precise. Subtle, simple but effective.

Sorry to hear that. And I was only getting to know you.
I think I know what you are talking about.
I have been tempted on a number of occassions over the last few months, to hand in my badge. I have only ever written one email to the egroups, and I never got a satisfactory reply. But I use it for information purposes mostly. I can sympathise with you. I sometimes am shocked by what I read, and again, question being associated with such a group. But I can do more good from the inside than I can from outwith.

Just the person I was looking for.
*Babel and EV grab the unsuspecting groom. Babel dives into his box and produces the following items, and proceeds to adorn DD with them.
A Bridal veil; A white t-shirt with the motto "I'm on my Stag, Sign Me!" emblazoned across the back, with 2 Permanant markers attached to it; a set of 'L' plates, hung on string round his neck; a plastic 'Ball and Chain' deftly attached around his ankle; a set of fluffy pink handcuffs, cuffing his 2 hands together, but still allowing him the freedom to drink and finally a 'Kiss me quick, it's my last days of freedom' hat.
