Typical, people mistake ME for a Mister (hence the long name) and then mistake Kitty for a "her"...

Something soft please whoever's on duty.

Hi Kitty - Jo, I think he likes you! you must have that good touch for stroking.

trying to decide what to cook

we are having a pot luck... I host (I always get picked to host, wonder why) anyway the host cooks the meal and provides the place to eat... the others each bring an item of food to cook (certain price level, style, items to avoid etc agreed beforehand)... the host decides what to do with that lot (has to use every item), sends them out for 2 more items (specific or general guide eg "6 eggs" or "green veg") if ness and also adds things from their store cupboard. the rest lend a hand in general chopping and washing up.

today is a fairly standard list of ingredients, but I have to do something special with them...

Sounds fun smiley - smiley

We had 'The Chairman's Party' on Friday night to celebrate the fact that the drama society committee had worked themselves into the ground getting the show to work and certain members of the cast had done b*gger all. Anyway, it was a bit of a free for all food wise - we all just brought something. So, we had 2 pizzas for starters (ham and mushroom and mediterranean vegetarian), followed by chicken curry, rice, roasted courgettes and tomato relish stuff with a huge chocolate gateaux for afters.
