Ok so it's qualifying today and the practices suggest the McLarens and Williams are faster but true to form I'm putting my money on Schumachers... which Schumacher I'm not saying though

It looks from the quals that you could be on to something, backing the cobbler boys.
I'm waiting eagerly for the race

Even I know not to cross white lines _that_ thick.
I feel a bit sorry for Jaguar though, seventh and eighth, like coming fourth and fifth at the Olympics

I do agree, there's always a steep learning curve for relative newcomers, If Williams can drag themselves up then Jaguar can as well.
Good race though
I heard somewhere that the US GP will be partly on a banked oval, I'm not at all sure that's a good idea......

No, it's on the Indy oval like last year, they modify the normal oval and use the full track thingy and so it's final corner is part of the famous banking. It's great

Hey Tink, I just heard that the real star of John Travolta's new movie Swordfish is really a TVR Tuscan! It gets bullet holes shot all through it too...

no its not right to be shotting hole through TVR's according to some tabloids they feel the car eclipsed the star in that film.
Going back to the dicussion about F1's on an oval it will be interesting from an engineering point of view as the angles invloved will totally screw the whole downforce issues.
Hopefully wangling a visit to BAR this summer through a friend of the family so might ask head aerodynamist if get to speak to him.
