As but only Catholic Schoolgirls really wear uniforms in america, imagine being deprived of that joy eh? I was 16 yr old jailbait, I know!

It's not so much the uniforms themselves as the moral strictures placed upon them. Lots of "Thou Shalt Not..." and that kind of thing. The uniform symbolises the taboo nature of the young female person inside them.
Unless, of course, you happen to have a thing for tartan (of which many Catholic schoolgirls' uniforms consist), then that's a whole other area...

But through the streets in ma kilt a'll go,
And all the lassies shout 'Hallo',

Nice boxer shorts though Babe!!
My schoolgirls wear blue blouses and rather short skirts, at my school it was the rule to have skirts at least two inches below the knee, and the headmistress had a ruler!

*clears throat and points to B-17's nether regions to indicate that he is in fact wearing the boxer shorts over his kilt*

That heat vision must come in handy during the Scottish winters.
