*Writes "Naturally". Decides to pour for himself and EV, passes one across. Holds up his "Cheers" card. Writes on another piece of paper and holds it up for EV to see: "Might think about getting a PDA though. Could be easier in the long run. What do you think?"

An OP tap should not require "turning on", it should require pulling. *shakes head*
I'll have a pint while you're there, daSilva. Cheers.

*places hands under chin, fingers dangling down and tries to make a 'WooOOoooh' noise, whilst wriggling fingers.*
Croak!
*writes on paper and passes to Bagpuss: "Sorry, i'm in a sarcastic mood. Turn the tap on, or pull the tap, either way he's going to get a face full of foam. Forgive me?" sips *

*searches around, but realises he threw that bit of card out. Starts to write out the story again:
"OK, basically one night last week, Wumbeevil and I were being a bit silly, and I drank a pint of Paintstripper, thus rendering my vocal chords inoperable. I've had to write everything down since then, apart from when Wumbie gave me one of those vocal resonator things. But it was difficult to make myself understood, plus the batteries ran out. But I must be getting better, because I can croak now. However to reserve my voice, I am still writing everything down. Some people wouldsay it's a godsend. So there you go."
Passes paper to Bagpuss, then sips his and smiles*
