h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi,

I am new to this forum. Actually, I am halfway through the "triolgy in 5 parts" of the hitchhikers guide
to the galaxy.

I live in Bangalore, India. Not too far from Goa. So a small gang of us from work will be there when
the millinieum rolls over. We hope to be away from anything that is likely to be "bitten by the Y2K bug".

What a stunning idea!. I think as many people as possible who contribute to 'The Guide' should meet there come the turn of the millennium (note the correct spelling, clever - aren't I?), take pictures, and post them to 'The Guide'.

I actually think ive got it sussed out but i am a virgin to this site .
im lookin to get to goa for k2 and then to oz and could really do with a cheap flight so any feed back would be appreciated. (even aeroflot , syrian or uzbekistan air.

anjuna and chapora and vagator are the cheapest decent spots in goa (rooms from less then a pound a night depending on how much you need your comforts
