One can't tell the difference between the sex-crazed ape and sex-crazed president on many levels, molecular, genetic, physical and ofcourse mental. Strange how so many millon don't notice such things.
I believe the 70% unused information in genes is for future versions of Earth. We are currently Earth 2 and don't seem to be coming to a sensible question at the moment. Best I've come up with so far is 42x1. 
Oh well.
