Continuing on from the evolving halloween recipes thread...

It's a funny thing, I always add an 'if it's the right thing/if it's meant to happen' and a request to understand why if it cannot happen as I've asked...

I always add an 'if its meant to be clause' in whatevcer i'm asking for but ive never thought to ask for an explanation if its not..i'll have to try that next time!

Oh, see, I hate being told no with no explanation... Drives me right up the wall! If I have good reasons I accept them. I guess the universe will eventually try to get me over that one too... I'm such a control freak!

Ooh, new jobness... Has she written down what she wants? I find it an interesting excercise at least. To write down in as much detail as possible what you want in/from/out of a job (or a partner/car etc, whatever you're asking for), but using only positive terms... So, 'I dont want a green car' is out, 'I dont want a mean boss' isnt good enough... What DO you want...

I wrote three and a half A4 pages about what man I wanted!

Oh yes its very important to be specific..'she' tends to have quite the sense of humour I find and will play a bit of a joke on you if you leave room for it

I sort of see it like trying to pick water up in a bucket. The bucket is the size you want for the amount of water you want moved to where you want it. But it's in the nature of the water to escape the confines of the bucket if it naturally can... Any leaks or ungentle handling and it'll find a way round your parameters!

'Be careful what you wish for as you may well get it' is what I normally tell people.

got a boozy girls night in at Genies on the 20th and our halloween bash on the 27th to look forward to, I'll make up for all thart sobriety then
