It's "pod stolom," not "pod stolem." Meaning, "under the table," as in, drink somebody under the table. Actually, not used in normal spoken Russian. Suggested terms: pod mukhoy (literally, "under a fly'), nadravshis', nasosavshis', v stelku, v drezinu, bukhoy, kosoy, poddaty, vdyminu.
