About the dutch ones: I thought I knew them all, but I've never heard of these two. They sound plausible, tho...

"kaal zijn" - literally "being bold" (as in: lost his hair)

Another set I can offer are these:

"in de olie zijn" - literally "being in oil"
"op olie lopen" - literally "run on oil"
