Do you know the difference between education and training?
You can train a bear to dance but you can't teach him the history of modern dance.
Back in the bad old days University students would hire the teacher or lecturer they wanted to learn from. Nowadays you have to sign up to listen to someone who may not have had an original thought since their own days as a student.

Was there ever an original thought, though? I kinda doubt it somehow.
Perhaps the problem with our school system is that education and training are being conflated to an unreasonable extent.
And it'd be Zulu Oscar Whiskey India Echo, btw. I can't resist being a smartass.
