That's just our category system for the amount of photo submissions we estimate we will get Tav. 
Popular = several submissions
Select = few submissions
It's our way of controlling the amount of submissions, so we don't end up with too much work
It's not an exact science though, we (or rather I 
) do sometimes get it wrong.
Members can see the categories where the queue of Entries are waiting to be submitted in the Yahoo Group's Database. 
We don't usually include the categories here - me thinks it's pick-on-Wilma week 
before Wilma throws rotten
