Jesus is the Son of God. Or not, depending on who you believe. Now, consider the following premise, first proposed I think by Charles Darwin (or it might have been Dr Johnson, or maybe it was Douglas Adams?): If Christians are right, failure to obey the strictures of the bible, and generally be nice to people, has some fairly disastrous consequences. If they are wrong, the worst that has happened is that you've wasted some Sunday mornings - which you would have wasted anyway, that being the nature of Sunday mornings.

Hmmm. Eternal damnation or wasted Sundays? I think that's a no-brainer.
