It's going very well !!
Most of the other threads on this topic have a suggestion, a comment from them upstairs and one or two (if that) comments.
I think the reason may be that they are too specific

When you go to seminars on communication they go on about open and closed questions (is that sore vs tell me how you are). If I have to go to another one I wonder if I can raise this thread as an example

i want one! also we need a !!how obvious is that. maybe, or even shorter-ness (our hands will b tired afta urs, despite how vital it is ) it could be

I can't understand how the Maker of Smilies (whoever he/she may be) hasn't taken on board the very reasonable and necessary smiley described in the topic title. Clearly there is a fault in reality.

i agree to the need for more smileys of all sorts! i've always wanted to see what a would look like. Coming from a catholic school, the nuns i saw always carried a bamboo stick instead of a bazooka! i want "dubya" and "osama" smileys...
