I think I should label my homepage as 'Under Consturction'. Every not so often I get an urge to do work on my home page. I don't like static pages, but I can't be bothered to turn mine into a dynamic page, and since it has heaps of links (that always seem to change) I think it's best not to have a page, and just put up an 'Under Construction' sign.
