NTT - Witness the resurrection
Dragonfly. "A poet can survive everything but a misprint"-- Oscar Wilde Posted Nov 14, 2000
I saw RINGO at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado... I think he only toured the states, which is pretty odd, considering he was born in Liverpool... hermmm...
Go where the money is, I guess!!! I bought a cap, two shirts, a keychain, a pair of RINGO drumsticks and a program.... ::SIGH::

I guess he probably lives in The States these days, which would explain why he never hits the news here in the UK. Unlike George Harrison, who's attempted murderer has now been declared 'insane'.
I'll refrain from making any comments about Sir Paul and his new 'love' less than a year after his 'soul mate's' death.
Your lyric...? Me never get any these days. Perhaps I shouldn't be so generous with mine.

Oh yeah.. and I'm still waiting on confirmation of this one.
Btw: Is it only when you have 'advanced' on in your preferences that you get the little red/green dots above the postings so you can trace the threads back?

Would it be Philadelphia Freedom by Sir Elton (I spent £40Million in 20 Months) John and his writing partner Bernie Taupin?
The red/green dots on postings is only with the advanced options.

Maybe I'm amazed at the way
You love me all the time
Maybe I'm afraid of the way
I love you

So far on my outstanding one there is...
"I sing myself to sleep
A song from the darkest hour,
Secrets I can keep
Inside of of the day,
Swims from high to deeep,
Extremes of sweet and sour,
I hope that god exists,
I hope, I pray"
Well that is the first verse. A clue is that the band are from my hme city (if you know where that is )

*grins* Doesn't sound like any Bay City Rollers song I've heard.
Here's one (not BCR, either ):
"called the doc and woke him up
He said..."

And of course, there was this forum too, which has been quiet way too long. Of course, it's all the mods' fault really... stealing all the old threads.

Thankyou. I knew I knew it! Though I'm sure someone had already said that back in the mists of time.

It's something by Coldplay. Given sufficient time I'll drag the song title from my head.
"Gonna run on for a long long time,
Let me tell you god almighty gonna cut you down"
Yellow by Coldplay
(Remembered it )
