h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

From the country that gave legitimate Lifficate words like Blarney, Limerick and Donnybrook to the English Language, here are a few other placenames just crying out for proper recognition :-

Kilmacow, Ballinspittle, Nobber, Termonfeckin, Twomileborris, Feakle, Ballydehob, Doolin, Dodder, Belgooley, Muckross, Maam Cross, Boggeragh, Oola, Priesthaggard, Mooncoin, Stoompa.

Dodder is already a real word and Twomileborris was in the original Liff books. Any ideas for the new meanings?

Stoompa: Of a child, to have a tantrum in an embarrassingly public place so that its parents give in and get it what it wants just to shut it up.
Feakle: Of teenage boys, the ability to find sexual undertones to absolutely anything.

Termonfeckin' (ptcpl vb): To spend so long trying to convert a profanity into something acceptable for refined persons that you lose the thread of what you were saying.
Priesthaggard (adj): The strange mental exhaustion experienced after a day in the company of clergy and elderly churchgoers resultant from termonfeckin' (qv) at least once every thirty seconds.

An irreverent (and rather Feaklish) thought inexplicably generated when in the company of elderly Catholic clergy that leads along the lines of "I wonder if they ever had ...?"

Nobber sounds like something you'd end up termonfeckin'.

Ballinspittle: That little bit of water you can feel sloshing around in your ear after swimming.

Desciptive of the attitude of your head whilst whacking yourself with the heel of your hand in an attempt to get rid of Ballinspittle (qv)
