Good read this, as already mentioned there is a possibility the Eds may decide this is an update to the existing article, as you say, let the Eds decide on that later.

Some things to help make it read better:

There are still quite a few spelling/punctuation mistakes in this Entry, and a lot of suggestions that could have been incorporated. Personally, I don't think this is quite ready yet; almost, but not quite.
