We are fast approaching what had been planned as the end of this season. I'm wondering if folk would like to continue it right the way through to end of the regular football season.

The advantage would be that my supply of mousemats for prizes will last longer. The downside is that you'll be looking at Ormy disappearing over the horizon for that much longer. (Either way, there won't be play on Saturdays 23rd and 30th December as I'm going to be in Canada and away from my PC.)

Yes, I'd prefer to stick with the usual festive-season finish too. I don't think it's fair to move the winning post at this late stage. That's not just because I'm in with a good chance of winning; it's also because those who are a long way behind would probably like the chance of a fresh start.

I vote to a seasonal end to this season to pick up again in the new year.

Well, Orcus, with a Christmas finish there are still two more weeks to go after the current one, so you only need to gain on me at the rate of two points per week to catch me on the finishing line. If I keep performing like I did last week, it'll be easy!

However, I'm up for the challenge too.

Not forggetting the traditional double point final week. Easily within reach.

I think it may be a little late for this year, but season 2007 - 2008 ?

I'd go for Christmas, just because change scares me.
