Ahem. Plymouth ARGYLE, if you please. If you're short of time, space or energy and only wish to type one word, just 'Argyle' will suffice.
Possibly followed by 'nil'.

If we have to put 'Plymouth Nil', what on Earth are we supposed to put next to Leeds?
Can I predict a minus-one-all draw?

Number six is rather selective in his pedantry.
What about the chester missing from game two.
The Wanderers from game 3.
The United missing from the other half of game 4.
And the City and wich Albion missing from game 5.

Isn't it Woolwich Arsenal? Or is that a bit 1950s?
FF17 - Week Fifteen
Orcus Posted Nov 24, 2006
According to Wiki they dropped the Woolwich in 1914 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arsenal_F.C.
However, clearly they are really called The Arse

Demon Drawer Posted Nov 24, 2006
They dropped it in 1914 so that they couldn't be accused of usurping Tottenham Hotspur who won division two that year. So that when the league reconvened in 1918 and they somehow had been promoted when Spurs hadn't, they though nobody would notice.
