Puppets. It was definitely live action, so write it up for my page
I was wondering when one of you two was going to get round to submitting an entry for me!!

I know - I was thinking the same. You'll find out why it can be so difficult when things hot up on your page. You try to keep on top of the entries, on top of the articles and on top of your forum postings on other pages and do research. Of course, some of us should be working while we are doing this!

Hehe, well, I'm editing two entries for Cartoons, then I'm thinking someone's going to have to do the various Gerry Anderson series, Basil Brush, Rod Hull and Emu, Sooty and Sweep, Fingermouse etc etc for your page!

Calm down.. nobody should be *THAT* excited by Fingermouse! Although I know Ginger finds Fingermouse scary!

Ginger The Feisty Posted Aug 6, 1999
I am not going to respond to that as it could open up a whole can of worms and I will get my own back one day!

Probably best - I must say though, I never liked Fingermouse. I don't know why, but it was just one of those programs that gave me the willies!

We're off to Button Moon
to visit Mr Spoon

Ah! What memorable words! And so difficult to learn! This programme was about the Spoon family. Mr Spoon had a spaceship into which the Spoon family and their friends Daddy Egbert, Vanilla and Egbert, would travel to Button Moon in every episode. There Mr Spoon would spy on everyone using his telescope.
Mrs Spoon wore a green stripey outfit and had yellow mop hair and a big red nose. Once, and only once, did Mr Spoon let her fly the spaceship so this can hardly be classed as an enlightened show!
Button Moon had a bottle army and the main characters in this were Captain Large and small bottle. Their job was to keep order on button Moon and they lived in drainpipe castle. small bottle was quite a cheeky character especially as far as Captain Large was concerned.
There was also a band on Button Moon called the Singing Hotspots. Their greatest hit was "Letting off Steam" abd they had great names like Steaming Steve, Bubbling Brian, Boiling George & Hot Rod. Apparently the single was released for real but mercifullt it never got in the charts!

Didn't I fix that? Hmm. My formatting went all screwy when I updated it here (on IE3), so I re-did your bit from your post above). Guess I lost the typing correction I did earlier...
