The best ice cream in Northern Ireland was made by Tommy Borza, from Millisle. The guy must have had a secret ingredient or something - people used drive for miles to get some, wrap it up in wet paper to try and keep the heat out, and bring it home for other people.
He must have had some sort of secret ingredient. Once bitten forever smitten!
