Can We Come Too, Please?
Smij - Formerly Jimster Started conversation Jan 7, 2004
Hallo, 2Legs, we Italics (well, those that are still 'ere) are really looking forward to seeing you all in the evening festivities (we'll pass on the museum visit if that's okay, because last time we were all there Natalie picked a fight with a curator). If you promise to be good, we'll even bring some goodies with us... like Ashley's holiday snaps!
Don't all cheer at once.

That's okay, Dr J, I'll just have to drink that pint I was going to give you.

Tut* Tut* Some people... I mean some people, prefere cupcakes, but I for one care less for them, and there is, nor ought there be, anything on teh face of gods great plannet as the muffin, the prince of foods.
Have taken full regard of your request to be allowed to attend, and suffering it in the light of the above paragraph, and as a consequence of you delay and last minute rush to join, I feel there is only one possible answer...
'no, no, a thousand times no, go boil an egg' (in case the satire/whateveritis of that is missed, it is a quote from teh HHGG game for teh old DOS PCs) More the merrier... But you are only* allowed to attend on the condition we get a 'bag of goodies', to hand out to the quizz winners (I think Master B should have got the quizz done by now...)

I'll be sure to have made up the full story of Natalie and the Curator by Saturday evening.
Did it involve cake and a rare combustion engine?
Hmm...
I think it did!

Smij - Formerly Jimster Posted Jan 7, 2004
The cake, I think.
But I'm telling you the *plot*. All I'll say it was all done in the best *possible* taste.
(one for you TV retroids there)

Can We Come Too, Please?
Natalie Posted Jan 9, 2004
2legs you are a cruel man!
This is a cruel hoax and only free beer will compensate me for this torment!
Can We Come Too, Please?
Natalie Posted Jan 9, 2004
I'm shameless aren't I? No I think you should be the worthy recipient of any free beers.
Aghhh the need for an alcopop smiley is greater than ever!
