Most of the major phyla of animal life have been covered by the Guide, but one that is notably absent is the Echinoderms (Spiny Skins). These include starfish and sea urchins. They have some amazing features such as hydraulically controlled spines for walking around.
Anybody?

I don't know anything about them and what I know is probably a bunch of urban myths, but h2g2 definately needs an entry on starfish. I said that the Borg probably can break off parts of their Collective like starfish and grow whole new sub-nodes or whatever to another trekkie and he knew what I was talking about except for "What's a starfish?" so I said, "I'll look it up on h2g2" and to my suprise, there was no entry! 
Where's a marine biologist when you need one?
