Well, that's not exactly a palindrome, as it doesn't read the same both ways. It's just that picking up the first letter and placing it at the end would have the same effect as reversing the whole word.
Which is still interesting, but doesn't make them palindromes.

In all of the words listed, if you take the first letter, place it at the end of the word, and then spell the word backwards, it will be the same word.
