In the city of Lansing, Michigan lately the official City Council debated how many medical marijuana dispensaries will be granted a license to operate in Lansing.
I suggested to council member Jeffreys that the number be 42.
He asked why and I replied 'because it is the answer to Life the Universe and Everything.
Check the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy if you don't believe me.
They voted 5-3 to make the number of licenses 48.
