I correctly predicted Dan to be fired.

I think Dara makes a great new Adrian.

And the girls are WAAAAAAYYYYY better than the boys

The mouthy blonde, the one with glasses and short hair. I liked her. Have a feeling I may live to regret that statement in the next few weeks.

Dan was AWFUL! He even looked aggressive and angry when he got up to leave when he was fired. I would suggest a relaxing weekend of hot tubs and massages and no alcohol.

Then perhaps put him in the wilderness with some survival materials for a while. He'll learn to chill!

I thought she was fantastic with the boys. I mean, they only won by the skin of their teeth (failure of team Appollo rather than a great product with great sales) but I thought she organised them well, was able to be quite sensible and just seemed to hit the right dynamic with them. I also thought she did the modelling for the right reasons and with the right attitude. There was no coy or coquettish flirty 'oh no, I cant!' rubbish. She needed convincing it was a professional requirement, made all the right arguments against and in fairness, the boys responded well to her and gave her adequate arguments for and she made a judgement call.

Wish I was half as good with men as she is!

As for Melissa (I think that's her name), I still think she's One To Watch. I will reserve some judgement until she's project manager though.
